G2Net Nigeria, an ICT firm, is set to train over 5,000 Nigerian youths in the area of website design and development.
The project which is aimed at developing the skills of the youths in website design and development is expected to cover aspects such as website development, design, coding, and content management. The training will be conducted in three phases.
The first phase of the training will involve the basics of web development and design. This will include topics such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies. During this phase, participants will learn the basics of web development and design, as well as how to create a professional website.
The second phase of the training will cover more advanced topics such as server-side programming, database management, and content management systems such as WordPress. Participants will learn how to create an effective website with the help of these technologies.
The third and final phase of the training will focus on website optimization and marketing. This will include topics such as search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, and other web marketing techniques. Participants will be taught how to optimize their websites for search engine ranking and how to promote their websites on social media.
